| During the 2000-2001 school year, and internal review was conducted at Hinckley-Big Rock High School by the Internal Review / School Improvement Plan Committee. Many accomplishments were identified. Some are noted below. |

| The committee members continued their work and developed a School Improvement Plan for the 2001-2002 school year. Several sources of data were used in this process: test scores, student behavior data, classroom observations, student work samples, student shadowing, and teacher and students interviews. The following improvement goals were identified. |
